By creating an account or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the service
SuretyPH provides application preparation, document processing, referral, and tracking services. SuretyPH is not an insurance company and does not underwrite, approve, price, or issue surety bonds. No bond, cover, or guarantee exists unless and until a participating duly licensed insurance company issues the bond.
2. No guarantee of approval
All applications, premiums, collateral requirements, approvals, and issuances are subject to evaluation and confirmation by a participating duly licensed insurance company. Indicative figures shown on the platform, including calculator results, are estimates only and are not binding.
3. Accuracy of information
You warrant that all information and documents you submit are true, complete, and lawfully provided. Misrepresentation may result in decline, cancellation, or voiding of a bond by the insurer, and in suspension of your account.
4. Account and role-based access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Access to records is determined by your assigned role: applicant, administrator, or participating insurer.
5. Fees, premiums, and payments
Premiums, documentary stamps, and statutory charges are set by the participating issuing insurance company. Any service or processing fees charged by SuretyPH will be disclosed before you accept a quotation. Payments are recognized only when verified.
6. Deadlines
You remain responsible for your own submission deadlines. While SuretyPH endeavours to process files promptly, turnaround depends on document completeness and insurer evaluation, and no specific timeline is guaranteed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SuretyPH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bids, contracts, or profits, arising from decline, delay, or non-issuance of a bond by an insurer.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
SuretyPH is a digital information and lead-generation platform owned and operated by McMatthise Global Group Corporation. It does not independently underwrite, approve, bind, issue, or guarantee any insurance policy or surety bond. Evaluation, underwriting, premiums, approval, and issuance remain the responsibility of the relevant duly licensed insurance company.
