SuretyPH is a digital information and lead-generation platform owned and operated by McMatthise Global Group Corporation. It does not independently underwrite, approve, bind, issue, or guarantee any insurance policy or surety bond. Evaluation, underwriting, premiums, approval, and issuance remain the responsibility of the relevant duly licensed insurance company.
Inquiries and applications submitted through SuretyPH are endorsed to the relevant duly licensed insurance company. Approval is subject to verification of submitted information, eligibility requirements, and the underwriting guidelines of that insurance company.
What SuretyPH does
SuretyPH is a facilitation and document-processing platform. It prepares, organizes, submits, monitors, and administers surety bond applications on behalf of applicants, and relays information between applicants and the participating licensed insurance company.
What SuretyPH does not do
SuretyPH does not issue surety bonds, does not underwrite risk, does not approve applications, does not determine premiums or collateral requirements, and does not guarantee that any application will be approved or that any bond will be issued within a given timeframe.
No automated decisions
The platform performs no automated underwriting, automated approval, or automated financial analysis. Every application is reviewed manually by an administrator and then by the participating licensed insurance company.
Indicative figures only
The bond amount calculator and any indicative percentages shown on the platform are for guidance only. The bond amount is computed as contract amount multiplied by bond percentage, and the final required amount, premium, and fees are those confirmed by the obligee and the insurer.
Document confidentiality
Uploaded documents are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. They are visible only to the uploading applicant, SuretyPH administrators, and the participating insurer assigned to that application.
