How It Works

2. Requirements and documents
A checklist is generated for your bond type. Documents are uploaded to secure storage and reviewed by our processing team.
3. Pre-assessment
We review completeness and consistency, then prepare an underwriting summary for endorsement.
4. Referral to the participating insurer
Your file is referred to a participating licensed insurance company for its independent evaluation and underwriting.
5. Quotation and acceptance
The insurer's premium, fees, and any collateral requirement are relayed to you for acceptance.
6. Payment, issuance, delivery
After premium settlement, the insurer issues the bond and we track issuance and delivery, plus renewal reminders.
Participating Insurer
SuretyPH facilitates the submission and tracking of surety bond inquiries and applications. Travellers Insurance & Surety Corporation (TRISCO) currently participates in the SuretyPH referral and application-facilitation process. Applications referred to TRISCO remain subject to TRISCO's underwriting requirements, evaluation, approval, and issuance procedures.
Your inquiry, application information, and supporting documents may be referred to Travellers Insurance & Surety Corporation (TRISCO), a Participating Insurer, for evaluation, subject to the applicable consent and privacy terms. Final underwriting, approval, pricing, and issuance remain with the applicable licensed insurance company.
